TBP [Temple Bar Properties] works actively to contribute to the development of Temple Bar as a cultural quarter, as a place to live, a place to visit and a place to do business. Alongside our Cultural Development Programme, TBP are the founding member of TASCQ Ltd which is a professional association of businesses based in Temple Bar. TASCQ [Traders in the Area Supporting the Cultural Quarter] provides environmental, cleansing, promotional and marketing services to its members. You can find out more about TASCQ by visiting www.visit-templebar.com.

TBP is also the founding member of the Temple Bar Area Forum, an initiative of the City Manager of Dublin City Council. The Forum meets once a month at Dublin City Council to discuss issues that are of immediate concern and to identify the resources, actions and changes necessary to help provide solutions. The Forum is particularly useful for residents, and it provides a constructive setting where representatives from the Local Authority, the Garda Síochána, business interests, cultural organisations and others can meet to create practical solutions to problems that arise.

TBP has a lead role to play in harnessing the energy and imagination of all of the arts and cultural organisations that are based in Temple Bar to help promote the area as Dublin's Cultural Quarter. We do this by facilitating regular meetings and helping with organising events such as Open Days and Open Nights, and by managing the Temple Bar Information Centre in conjunction with TASCQ as a high quality resource on arts and cultural activity within the area and further afield.

TBP strongly believes in the importance of networking and building relationships across all sectors of society and we are actively involved with a range of professional associations including- Dublin Chamber of Commerce, Dublin City Business Association, Dublin Tourism, Business2Arts, Common Purpose, Les Rencontres, Marketing Institute of Ireland, Institute of Public Relations, Institute of Public Administration, Irish Management Institute, Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
