Temple Bar Cultural Trust is currently recruiting to establish an �on call panel� of Information Advisors for the Temple Bar Cultural Information Centre, located at 12 East Essex Street, Temple Bar.

This post offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and professional person to make a significant contribution to promoting and developing cultural activity within Temple Bar.

Temple Bar Cultural Trust is looking for a panel of suitable qualified people for this interesting and exciting role who can be available at short notice for occasional work during the week between the TBCT office hours of 9am - 5.30pm.

This is what we require:

Be familiar with Temple Bar area (essential)
Be available at short- notice for occasional work.
Punctuality, professionalism and friendly nature
Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
Creativity, flexibility and enthusiasm for the role
Excellent communication skills (excellent English is essential, knowledge of another language(s) will be a great help too!)
Excellent customer service skills
Efficiency and the ability to work on your own initiative while liaising closely with the Information Centre staff.
Excellent telephone manner
Experience of working with members of the public in an often busy and demanding environment
Problem solving capabilities

Ideally, the candidate will have a background in tourism, receptionist work, marketing & communications or any similar front of house position. TBCT needs somebody who is available at short notice so if we are stuck we will give you a ring!
