SPACE FOR CULTURE � Two more fantastic spaces for culture in Dublin's Cultural Quarter!
Are you an artist or cultural organisation and looking for space on a temporary basis and haven�t got the budget to meet city centre rental costs?
Temple Bar Cultural Trust has two more wonderful vacant spaces for short term rent available now in the centre of Temple Bar, Dublin�s Cultural Quarter.
Previously used by graphic designers for the cultural sector and Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology this first space is located off East Essex Street, Temple Bar and is available now!
This space comprises 2 x first floor offices � 226sq ft and 620 sq ft, phone & internet access and toilet facilities.
This is an ideal space for temporary artist studios or office space.
Our next space is the Temple Bar Cultural Information Centre located at 12 East Essex Street, Temple Bar Dublin 2 and has had some really successful short terms tenants in the past including Dublin Fringe Festival, the Gay Theatre Festival, the Dublin Theatre Festival and many more key festivals who used this space as a box office and information desk.
This space is located on the ground floor of the Temple Bar Cultural Information Centre and includes all necessary facilities including phone, internet access and toilets.
This is an ideal space for a temporary exhibition or gallery.
