Temple Bar Cultural Trust applauds the emphasis on improving access and facilities for public participation in cultural activity and the arts, and welcomes the announcement of a new ACCESS fund to improve and develop Ireland�s cultural infrastructure. TBCT looks forward to this next exciting phase of growth and awaits details of how the NDP�s ambitious programmes and targets will be implemented and achieved.
